




Job Summary: This supervisor is responsible for validating results, managing the schedule, monitoring indicators, leading the team, building customer relationships, and performing cash register closing. Focus on customer relationship and satisfaction \*RESPONSIBILITIES:\* \* Supervisor validates morning results, checks the afternoon treatment and evaluation schedule, monitors schedule confirmations, updates and directs the team regarding daily indicators to be developed and delivered. Completes daily indicators, monitors daily activities hour-by-hour. \* Motivate and Reinforce: Maintain retention efforts, sell preventive contracts, conduct re-evaluations for active patients, sell cleanings at reception, reschedule patients, and record any patient-related activity in the schedule. \* Register a new contact or event in the patient's schedule (e.g., new contact attempt, new appointment, new evaluation, payment date, etc.). \* Lead by example, drive the team toward the final goal and daily targets. \* Build relationships with customers. \* Reinforce with the team to review the patient’s complete history, credit/debit balance, outstanding amounts, perform collections, offer new treatments and promotions. \* Prepare the daily report, close the cash register, align with the administrative assistant on the dentist’s daily closing and daily billing. \*INFORMATION:\* Working Hours: Monday to Saturday \- Store hours.
