Job Summary: The Maintenance Assistant will be responsible for performing building repairs, general services, painting, low-complexity electrical maintenance, and plumbing maintenance at the facilities. Join us in building Latin America’s largest and best healthcare access platform! **Job Description:** We have an opening for a Maintenance Assistant to work directly at our facilities. **Responsibilities and Duties:** 1. Building Maintenance and General Services: Perform masonry repairs (plastering, minor floor or tile installations); 2. Replace broken glass, adjust doors, windows, and locks; assemble and disassemble office furniture and stretchers; maintain the clinic’s façade and common areas; 3. Painting: Prepare surfaces (sanding, applying filler or sealer); perform touch-up painting on walls, ceilings, and baseboards to maintain the clinic’s visual standards; paint metal or wooden structures when necessary. 3. Electrical (Low-Complexity Maintenance): Replace burnt-out light bulbs, ballasts, and LED strips; replace outlets, switches, and electrical plates; inspect electrical panels and assist in installing simple equipment; monitor emergency lighting systems; 4.
