




Description: * Responsible for monitoring clinics with the objective of generating profit; * Manage and generate schedules; * Ensure all contractual relationships; * Ensure daily cash closure; * Manage banked hours and working hour control for team members; * Visit Units; * Develop action plans to increase sales; * Verify whether staffing structure aligns with the business concept; * Conduct training for unit teams; * Supervise uniform usage according to the company-specified standard; * Guide and verify the evaluation standards offered by clinics; * Attend morning and/or afternoon meetings at units; * Verify whether goals are properly communicated to teams; * Implement marketing actions at the unit level, under company guidance; * Create local marketing actions, subject to company approval; * Ensure correct brand usage. * Analyze business performance regarding key indicators, team organization standards, and unit structure; * Support both on-site and online operations, directing real-time course correction for the business. * Evaluate scope on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis; adjust and direct store metrics based on quarterly average. * Ensure that assigned clinics meet targets established by the business headquarters. * Instruct units and teams on techniques, standards, and procedures for: Desired Requirements: Prior experience in clinics, healthcare, aesthetics, or dentistry (a significant advantage).
