




Job Summary: The professional will assist in the entry and updating of customer data, support financial departments, and conduct telephone service for registration confirmation. Key Highlights: 1. Assistance in managing customer registration data. 2. Support for collections, accounts receivable, and credit teams. 3. Telephone service for confirmation of data. * Assist in entering new customers into the system; * Assist in updating registration data; * Assist in processes related to changes in the customer portfolio by sales representative; * Provide support to the collections, accounts receivable, and credit departments as needed (assist with title reconciliation in the system, issuance of duplicate invoices and invoices, telephone support, approval of cash orders, document scanning and archiving on the server); * Customer telephone service for confirmation of registration data.
