Responsible for supporting the commercial team's development through practical training, performance monitoring, and continuous improvement initiatives, working collaboratively with leadership to drive results and ensure quality in customer service and sales. **Responsibilities and Duties** Deliver onboarding training and refresher courses focused on commercial performance. Support leaders in the individual development of team members. Identify knowledge gaps and propose action plans. Conduct call listening and analysis of service/sales interactions. Suggest improvements in approach, argumentation, and conversion. Monitor onboarding of new employees. Ensure standardization of processes and commercial messaging. **Requirements and Qualifications** Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree. Clear and didactic communication skills. Proactivity. Influential attitude. Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office suite). Organization and attention to detail.
