




Job Summary: The external consultant will be responsible for retail and direct vehicle sales, prospecting customers, managing their client portfolio, and developing new business to increase sales and customer satisfaction. Acting as an external consultant for vehicle sales—both retail and direct—performing proactive customer prospecting, external visits, portfolio management, and new business development. Responsible for deeply understanding customer needs, presenting appropriate solutions, leading commercial negotiations, and overseeing the entire sales process. Directly contributing to increased vehicle and add\-on product sales volume, strengthened customer relationships, enhanced customer satisfaction, and the business unit’s profitability. Selling new vehicles, systematically prospecting customers through external customer interactions, presenting technical specifications and benefits of vehicles, and prospecting using the customer database provided by Grupo Enzo to effectively close sales; Conducting static vehicle presentations following procedures recommended by manufacturers and Grupo Enzo; based on studying vehicle technical features, manufacturer recommendations, and Grupo Enzo’s policies and guidelines; Contributing to achieving sales targets; by meeting individual sales goals, proactively prospecting customers, participating in sales marketing events, and building enduring customer relationships to ensure future sales; Acknowledging and applying the pricing and terms practiced by the business unit; by studying the business unit’s pricing policies, offering parts and payment terms aligned with both company and customer interests; Promoting vehicle Test\-Drives; by presenting the vehicle and offering customers the opportunity to take a Test\-Drive, completing and collecting required documents and copies for registration, and obtaining proper signatures on Test\-Drive forms; Presenting financial solutions to customers, promoting insurance, licensing agent services, and accessories, ensuring accuracy in vehicle acquisitions, by presenting financing options offered by financial institutions, highlighting advantages and benefits of products and services offered, and conducting checklists to verify that all mandatory items are correctly completed at the time of vehicle acquisition; Verifying documentation for technical delivery and coordinating with finance to confirm payment release by the financing institution; by tracking required documentation for vehicle delivery and verifying bank release status and/or cash payment status at the dealership cashier; Contributing to achieving customer satisfaction and quality standards, by monitoring sales and customer satisfaction indicators, aiming to improve customer service and processes related to new vehicle sales.
