We have openings on our **Operations team!** Requirements: * Experience in Operations areas, with a focus on continuous improvement within payroll-deducted loan workflows; * Experience with agile methodologies and continuous improvement practices; * Ability to develop rigorous studies, reports, and analyses; * Proficiency in operational indicators, performance metrics, KPIs, and OKRs; * Intermediate SQL; * Advanced Excel for data manipulation and analysis; * Data visualization tools (Superset, Metabase, Tableau); * Clear and collaborative communication, with strong cross-team articulation; * Advanced analytical capability, with the ability to transform data into actionable insights; * Problem-solving orientation and structured decision-making skills; * Adaptability and rapid learning in dynamic environments. **A glimpse into your day-to-day with us:** * Monitor workflows and processes to ensure correct execution and maximum operational performance; * Identify issues, risks, and opportunities, communicating them in a structured manner to relevant stakeholders; * Develop action plans, track their implementation, and ensure responsible parties / stakeholders follow through on directives; * Serve as the primary point of contact for the Operations team, providing technical support, data and process analysis, and interpretation; * Collaborate with Product, Data, and Technology teams to enhance processes and develop new solutions; * Produce strategic analyses, studies, and recommendations in partnership with management to support decision-making; * Monitor, update, and interpret key departmental indicators to ensure visibility and accuracy; * Contribute to other role-related activities, always prioritizing efficiency and continuous improvement. **Work model:** * Hybrid (Fortaleza/CE and metropolitan area)
