




Description: * Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Systems Analysis, or related fields; * Ability to work with data, advanced analytics, and AI tools applied to sales and marketing; * Proven experience with CRM tools (for Marketing, Sales, and/or Customer Success), preferably HubSpot; * Proficiency in automation tools, BI, and system integrations (CRM, ERP, automation platforms); * Experience in B2B SaaS companies, as well as CRM or RevOps certifications; * Proactive, organized, strong communicator, and problem-solving oriented profile, capable of leading cross-functional teams and acting as a strategic advisor to stakeholders; * Advanced proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite, with emphasis on Excel and/or Power BI. Technical Skills: * Knowledge of process mapping tools; * Ability to analyze data, segment audiences, and define managerial performance metrics; * Skill in conducting and analyzing A/B tests to continuously improve engagement and sales strategies; * Proficiency in preparing reports and maintaining effective communication with internal teams; * Structuring, administering, and evolving the CRM (HubSpot) to ensure alignment among Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams; * Defining, implementing, and optimizing Revenue Operations (RevOps) strategies, including process standardization and integration, data governance, and technology tool management; * Creating and maintaining executive dashboards, detailed reports, and automations to support strategic decision-making and enhance revenue predictability; * Monitoring performance indicators (KPIs) for revenue generation, conversion, and retention, identifying opportunities for continuous improvement; * Leading advanced analyses to derive growth insights and optimize the customer journey, with emphasis on integrated processes and operational efficiency; * Managing data integrity by executing routine reviews and reporting, guiding the revenue team to follow established processes; * Understanding and documenting the complete customer journey—from acquisition through retention and/or recovery; * Managing and administering the CRM platform (e.g., as a Super User), developing advanced technical expertise and obtaining relevant certifications; * Contributing to documentation of processes, metrics, and playbooks; * Staying current with market practices and innovations within the RevOps ecosystem; * Promoting data literacy among non-technical users. 2512070202191852238
