**Key Responsibilities:** * Provide strategic consulting services in finance, accounting, and taxation. * Analyze financial statements, balance sheets, and economic indicators. * Develop tax and financial diagnostics for clients. * Participate in projects related to financial planning, valuation, corporate governance, mergers and acquisitions, due diligence, and restructuring. * Prepare analytical spreadsheets, financial projections, and technical reports. * Assess the accounting and tax implications of corporate transactions. * Apply accounting standards (CPCs and IFRS) in analyses and recommendations. * Monitor client routines, processes, and information with a strategic perspective. * Lead operational meetings and support executive presentations (CEOs, CFOs, investors). * Meet internal schedules and project deadlines. **Professional Experience:** * Minimum 3 years of experience in accounting, tax, or financial consulting. * Experience in audit and tax consulting (Big Four firms) is considered a **significant advantage**. **Years of Experience:** * At least 3 years in the field. **Mandatory Requirements:** * Solid knowledge of: Corporate accounting; Cost accounting; Balance sheet and financial statement analysis; Tax legislation and calculation of direct and indirect taxes; Accounting standards (CPCs and IFRS). * Experience preparing and analyzing advanced spreadsheets. * Strong analytical skills and strategic business insight. * Time management and ability to meet deadlines. **Desirable Requirements:** * Experience with data analytics tools (BI, Alteryx, Power BI, etc.). * Prior experience in strategic, financial, or tax consulting. * Additional knowledge of financial modeling.
