Ready for a career that yields greater returns? **Check out this opportunity and \#JoinPagBank!** **Responsibilities and Duties** * Develop interactive dashboards using Power BI for performance indicator visualization and monitoring. * Extract and manipulate data from our database using SQL and Python. * Analyze customer portfolio profitability, identifying opportunities for improvement and growth. * Address strategic requests from the executive leadership team by delivering customized analyses and reports. * Actively collaborate with the commercial team, providing analytical support for negotiations, customer segmentation, and opportunity identification. * Consolidate information and prepare management reports using Excel. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree completed in Information Technology, Engineering, Statistics, Business Administration, or related fields. * Intermediate/advanced proficiency in Excel (handling large datasets, advanced formulas, pivot tables) and PowerPoint for creating executive presentations and management reports. * Experience as an end-user manipulating data and executing SQL queries in environments such as SQL Server, MySQL, PostgreSQL, and DBeaver—including ETL activities and data integration. * Experience working in data-driven environments, with a focus on data quality, standardization, integrity, and governance. * Ability to interpret data, identify patterns and anomalies, solve problems, and generate insights that support strategic decision-making.
