Description: ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS * Professionals from any field of knowledge, including Master’s degree holders, undergraduate degree holders, or professionals with technical-level qualifications, with minimum proven professional experience of 1, 4, and 6 years respectively in activities related to the innovation process. * Proven experience in writing research proposals, scientific articles, and technical reports. * Knowledge of innovation ecosystems: familiarity with topics related to innovation, startups, and entrepreneurship. * Technical writing skills: demonstrated ability to write technical and scientific documents. * Data analysis: proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, Google Sheets, and data analytics platforms. * Proficiency in Google Workspace: competence in using G-Suite tools (Google Drive, Sheets, etc.). DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS * Information management knowledge: experience in structuring and managing data. * Business Intelligence tools: knowledge of BI tools (Tableau, Power BI, or similar). * Scientific and academic output: record of publications in scientific journals and participation in conferences. * Advanced English: ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English. The selected fellow will work within Softex’s Operations area, specifically in the Intelligence Cell. Key responsibilities and duties include: * Preparing reports on science, technology, and innovation: conducting detailed analyses and producing reports on the ICT sector landscape, identifying trends and opportunities; * Writing research proposals, scientific articles, and technical reports: creating technical documents with academic rigor, ensuring clarity and accuracy of information; * Conducting literature reviews: staying up-to-date with the latest relevant research and publications in the field of study; * Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams: working jointly with other researchers, technicians, and specialists to integrate knowledge and develop innovative projects; * Structuring and analyzing qualitative and quantitative data: applying scientific methods to collect, structure, and interpret data, transforming them into actionable insights; * Communicating research findings: presenting results clearly and effectively to both academic audiences and external stakeholders; * And other activities necessary for the development of the fellow, the area, and/or Softex. 2512210202551931837
