Do you want to be part of this story and turn ideas and dreams into reality? **As a Data Science Professional, you will:** * Assume technical leadership in data science and AI projects, supporting strategy definition, solution design, and delivery quality standards. * Guide junior and mid-level professionals, promoting best practices in data science, engineering, and documentation. * Develop, validate, and evolve traditional and advanced machine learning models, ensuring performance, robustness, and alignment with business problems. * Apply classical machine learning techniques—including statistical models, decision trees, ensembles, regression, classification, clustering, and time series—as well as deep learning where applicable. * Design and implement GenAI solutions, including architectures such as RAG, embedding usage, vector databases, and response evaluation—while considering security and responsible use. * Perform fine-tuning and adaptation of LLMs when applicable, defining data strategies and evaluation criteria. * Define success metrics, validation criteria, and model monitoring strategies in production, focusing on quality and stability. * Integrate models with systems and data pipelines, ensuring solutions can be used by applications and business areas. * Conduct applied research and proof-of-concepts for new machine learning and AI methodologies, elevating the technical level of solutions. * Maintain business-oriented vision, identifying high-impact opportunities while balancing technical complexity, timelines, and value delivered. * Communicate complex results clearly to non-technical audiences, supporting strategic decisions. **For this position, you must have:** * Fluent English for conversation. * Solid hands-on experience in data science, working on end-to-end complex projects. * Advanced Python programming skills and proficiency with data science and machine learning libraries and tools. * Experience with traditional machine learning and deep learning using frameworks such as scikit\-learn, PyTorch, or TensorFlow. * Experience creating, validating, and deploying models into production—including defining metrics and performance testing. * Applied GenAI experience, including prompt engineering, RAG, embeddings, and vector databases. * Experience fine-tuning LLMs or adapting pre-trained models for specific use cases. * Experience in cloud computing environments (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and integration with data pipelines. * Knowledge of best practices in data and model governance. * Experience across various machine learning domains—such as tabular data, computer vision, NLP, audio, multimodality, and recommendation systems. * Strong analytical capability, focused on data extraction, cleaning, interpretation, and communication. **Nice-to-have qualifications:** * Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics, Physics, Economics, or related fields. * Master’s or PhD in Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or related disciplines. * Experience with data architecture and software integration. * Practical experience in industrial contexts or highly complex technical projects. **Benefits:** * National Health Insurance (for employee and dependents, private room) * National Dental Insurance (for employee and dependents) * Flexible meal/food allowance * Remote work allowance * Birthday day off * Wellhub (formerly Gympass) * Extended maternity leave (6 months) and paternity leave (20 days) * Daycare assistance for children up to 3 years old (per child) * Mental health support through Wellz * Benefits club with discounts from various partners * Education and language course partnerships * Professional development (Corporate University) * Partnership with coworking spaces across Brazil * Quality of Life and Well\-Being Program * Consulting physician for Radixer follow-up * Incentive plans **Radix consistently ranks among the Best Companies to Work For because:** * We have committed, dedicated, curious, and innovative professionals. * Teamwork is our greatest strength.
