Key Responsibilities * Support audits and analyses following existing protocols. * Identify opportunities for new business and retention by supporting dealers through case processing, handling complex inquiries, and resolving issues. * Prepare moderately complex loan documents using various technological applications and standard software, as well as collecting and consolidating data for reporting. * Perform routine activities based on internal systems and procedures. * Build effective relationships with internal and external customers, ensuring high-quality service delivery and collaboration on projects. * Produce, update, and maintain documents, databases, and reference materials, ensuring adherence to best practices. * Respond efficiently to functional inquiries, applying established procedures and precedents. * Use data management systems to access specific information when required. * Develop knowledge of policies, procedures, and regulatory codes, ensuring compliance and obtaining authorizations for exceptions. Skills You Need * Completed undergraduate degree; * Basic English; * Strong interpersonal skills; * Teamwork orientation.
