Grow with us and make a difference behind the scenes of science! **Responsibilities and duties** * Use laboratory methods and techniques to monitor the presence of chemical and physical substances in samples of water, soil, air, and other environmental elements; * Operate and maintain laboratory instruments and equipment, such as spectrophotometers, chromatographs, and other devices for substance analysis; * Ensure proper calibration of equipment to obtain reliable results; * Interpret analysis results, comparing them against legal and environmental parameters established by standards and regulations; * Aliquot samples; * Wash laboratory glassware; * Weigh and process samples; * Prepare solutions; * Keep workbenches and the laboratory environment clean; * Apply critical thinking to recorded results and to existing samples; * Ensure all activities comply with the company’s quality control standards. **Requirements and qualifications** * Completed technical or undergraduate degree in Chemistry, Environmental Science, or related fields; * Active CRQ (Regional Chemistry Council) registration; * Experience with sample management systems (e.g., MyLims) is a plus. **Additional information** **100% On-site \- Estácio, RJ** **Shift / Schedule:** Flexibility in working hours is required, as the specific schedule will be communicated during the selection process.
