We seek someone who works collaboratively and respects differences—believing these differences are essential to our success—yet dares to dissent and shares convictions openly. **What are the main challenges?** * Manage security controls jointly with executing teams (IT and others), ensuring agreed-upon actions are planned and executed as scheduled, verifying the effectiveness of such actions by validating the quality of evidence provided, maintaining records of evidence, and delivering periodic reports to the CSO and AXA Group. * Serve as the point of contact for internal and external auditors regarding security controls—whether related to internal frameworks or ISO/IEC 27001. * Respond internally to the Internal Controls team regarding controls applicable to the Security area. * As a member of the supervision and control team, collaborate with executing areas as well as Regional and Group specialist teams.
