




Description: You must have: * Currently pursuing or completed undergraduate degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related fields; * Advanced proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite, with emphasis on Excel (use of functions such as Pivot Tables and VLOOKUP); * Experience using various payroll systems, including onboarding procedures and submission of information to eSocial; * Prior experience in Personnel Department activities (primarily benefits administration and onboarding processes). Not mandatory, but highly desirable if you have: * Knowledge of the Protheus system. * Provide support to employees, addressing questions related to the onboarding process; * Monitor and ensure compliance with legal deadlines associated with new employee onboarding; * Track and verify submission of mandatory documentation required for onboarding completion; * Schedule and monitor occupational health examinations; * Organize, control, and archive documentation for newly onboarded employees; * Ensure timely registration of new employees in payroll and access control systems; * Track and collect signatures on employment contracts and other forms required during the onboarding process; * Maintain up-to-date employee registration data in internal systems; * Support the integration process of new employees by providing initial guidance on company policies, benefits, and internal procedures; * Assist in managing and organizing payroll-related documentation; * Ensure proper execution of corporate benefits processes (transportation allowance, meal/food allowance, health insurance, dental insurance, life insurance, among others); * Address employee inquiries regarding offered benefits; * Perform enrollment, termination, and data update procedures in benefits systems and with external providers; * Verify and record benefits invoices, ensuring correct processing for payment. 2512210202551931095
