If you have experience with tax routines and enjoy working with data and process organization, this position is for you! **Work Location:** On-site – Downtown **Employment Type:** CLT | Full-time **Main Responsibilities:** * Product registration and maintenance in the system; * Entry of purchase invoices (NFe); * Issuance of sales and transfer invoices; * Registration and updating of taxation codes (CFOP, NCM, CST, CSOSN); * Entry and verification of tax movements (shipments, returns, etc.); * Communication and periodic submission of documents and information to accounting; * Support in verifying taxes and ancillary obligations; * Organization and archiving of tax documents. **Requirements:** * Technical or undergraduate degree in Administration, Accounting, or related fields (in progress or completed); * Prior experience in administrative and tax routines (invoice entry/issuance); * Basic knowledge of taxation (ICMS, ST, IPI, PIS, COFINS); * Proficiency in Excel (intermediate level) and management systems (ERP); * Good communication skills, attention to detail, and proactivity. **Compensation and Benefits:** * Market-competitive salary; * Transportation allowance; * On-site meals; * Growth plan and training opportunities.
