The Business Analytics team aims to solve complex business problems. In other words, the Business Analytics team uses statistical techniques, algorithms, AI, stochastic and optimization methods to model internal and external data, generating valuable information that drives business improvement actions. We seek a candidate with structured thinking, a hands-on action bias, experience in agent and LLM (Generative AI) projects, strong communication skills, and a collaborative mindset. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Develop solutions and **agents** based on **Large Language Models (LLMs)** for application across company products, processes, and services; * Perform **fine-tuning and customization of pre-trained models;** * Design and implement **data pipelines for model training and evaluation**, including preprocessing, tokenization, and dataset curation; * Integrate **generative AI models** into corporate systems, APIs, and business workflows to enable automation and value generation; * Explore and apply **RAG techniques**, embeddings, and hybrid architectures as needed; * Explore and apply **prompt engineering techniques;** * Monitor and evaluate model performance using appropriate metrics; * Propose continuous improvements to systems, pursuing innovations and best practices in development; * Collaborate with development, data, and product teams to ensure robust, secure, and business-aligned solutions; * Document processes, experiments, and best practices, contributing to the technical knowledge growth of the area. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree in **Computer Science**, **Computer Engineering**, **Information Systems**, **Mathematics**, **Statistics**, or related fields; * Postgraduate degree, MBA, or Master’s degree in **Artificial Intelligence**, **Machine Learning**, **Data Science**, or **Cognitive Computing** (preferred); * Knowledge of **language models**, including their limitations and capabilities; * Proficiency in Python; * Familiarity with the **AI model lifecycle**: from development through deployment and monitoring; * Proficiency with version control tools; * Strong communication skills to explain technical approaches to non-technical audiences; * Proactivity, curiosity, and commitment to continuous learning. **Additional Information** * Experience developing REST APIs in Python (Flask, Django, FastAPI, etc.); * Knowledge of web applications, integrations, APIs, and web services; * Knowledge of WhatsApp integrations; * Experience with cloud technologies (preferably Azure) and on-premises environments; * Minimum 3 years of experience working on applied AI projects in real-world scenarios (not specifically generative AI); * Knowledge of Docker container orchestration; * English – Advanced level; * Spanish – Intermediate level.
