Active collaboration in the continuous improvement of customer service processes. **Job Description:** Provide customer service via WhatsApp, email, website form, and telephone, ensuring courtesy, clarity, and accuracy of information; Analyze files submitted by customers, evaluating technical quality, graphic standards, and compliance with templates, advising on necessary adjustments; Resolve pre- and post-purchase technical inquiries, ensuring optimal customer experience; Record customer interactions, incidents, and service activities in internal systems and CRM, keeping the history consistently updated; Monitor support tickets, track pending items, and route requests to responsible departments, ensuring timely responses within established deadlines; Support the Customer Relationship team in administrative routines, operational controls, and departmental performance indicators; Assist in gathering data and information for analyses and reports, contributing to decision-making; Actively collaborate in the continuous improvement of customer service processes, suggesting adjustments and best practices; Participate in internal training sessions and alignment meetings to maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, services, and company policies. **Requirements:** Previous experience in customer service; Experience with CRM tools (Zendesk, Hubspot, Octadesk or similar); Proficiency in Adobe Acrobat and Illustrator; Strong written and verbal communication skills.
