At Coca-Cola FEMSA, every day is an opportunity to learn and grow. **Responsibilities and Duties** **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES** * Provide telephone support to customers and internal teams, offering guidance and forwarding requests. * Support customer onboarding and manage merchandising material inventory, tracking incoming and outgoing items. * Assist with administrative tasks such as route updates, requests for registration changes, and generation of orders and bonuses. * Prepare quotations and provide logistical support for travel and events, including hotel quotations and document organization. * Issue and request gift-related invoices; manage documents (fines, loan agreements, courier packages); and prepare operational reports. * Monitor KPIs and manage promotional campaigns, sharing relevant information with the sales team. * Track and record performance indicators, and submit sales, productivity, and service quality reports. * Monitor and correct customer service and operational processes in coordination with the Call Center and other support areas. * Use internal systems (SAP, BW, Power BI) for data and indicator analysis and control. **Requirements and Qualifications** **REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS** * Completed high school education; * Prior experience in administrative routines within the commercial area is desirable; * **Technical knowledge**: Intermediate proficiency (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SAP, and BI) **Additional Information** * Profit-sharing program (PPR); * Health insurance; * Dental plan available upon employee enrollment, subject to individual selection; * Group life insurance; * Meal allowance; * Food allowance; * Employee purchase program at current price list rates; * Pharmacy benefit: payroll credit reimbursement; * Credit cooperative; * School Kit: delivered at the beginning of the academic year for dependents; * Birthday Kit; * Christmas Kit; * Toy Voucher: delivered in October for dependents **About Coca-Cola FEMSA Brazil** We are one of the world’s largest manufacturers of The Coca-Cola Company products by sales volume.
