We currently have an open opportunity to join the Market and Liquidity Risk Management team at Banco Cooperativo Sicredi S/A.
We seek a professional to support liquidity risk management across the Sicredi System, with responsibilities involving financial markets, banking regulation, and risks associated with financial institutions.
**Responsibilities and Duties**
Calculate, monitor, and disseminate reports on risk exposures and compliance with alert levels and limits;
Support the development of methodologies for calculating indices and other risk metrics;
Assist in developing policies, standards, and manuals covering strategies, methodologies, and processes for risk management;
Monitor and support the analysis of the impact of legal and regulatory requirements.
**Requirements and Qualifications**
In our activities, strong **logical reasoning** and **analytical skills** are essential, as we constantly work with large volumes of data and diverse variables. It is important to maintain interest in financial markets and proactively understand how market changes may affect a financial institution.
To process all this information, we use tools to extract and manipulate numerical data and databases; therefore, foundational knowledge of **programming logic** is a significant advantage. SAS and SQL are languages you will frequently use.
Additionally, within the scope of these activities, it is necessary to transform raw data into useful information for end users—whether in the form of management reports, documents, or presentations. Thus, alongside quantitative skills, strong **written communication**, as well as proficiency in **Excel** and **PowerPoint**, are indispensable.

At the **Sicredi Administrative Center (CAS)**, business-area positions follow a hybrid work model consisting of 3 days per week onsite at our headquarters located at Av. Assis Brasil, 3940, São Sebastião, Porto Alegre/RS, and 2 days remotely. Tech-area positions follow a fully remote model.
