Description

Joining the Credit Granting and Guarantees Data Team means embedding a data-driven culture into daily operations. Here, your main responsibilities will include investigating, mining, correlating, and analyzing information by applying data analysis methodologies and techniques. Based on these investigations, you will build metrics and indicators, design processes, conduct studies, and use the results to create or refine credit granting strategies. We maintain continuous contact with other departments and Credit Cooperatives, as our deliverables are jointly coordinated. Therefore, topics and working groups may vary over time. We participate in multiple stages of studies—from subject comprehension and formulation of key questions, through searching for relevant data, structuring the data, analyzing it, and presenting the results. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Develop and maintain metrics, indicators, dashboards, and reports related to credit granting and guarantees; * Understand and propose credit strategies to be adopted by cooperatives; * Monitor and contribute to tracking new credit grants and portfolio maturity; * Conduct studies and develop new proposals regarding credit granting and guarantees—understanding member profiles, products, and stages of the credit cycle; * Collaborate with various product teams, supporting analyses and providing new data/information insights; * Support cooperatives and provide advisory services on credit granting and guarantee strategies; **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree in quantitative fields such as Statistics, Mathematics, Accounting and Actuarial Sciences, Engineering, Economics, or related disciplines (preferred); * Analytical thinking; * Strong writing skills, ability to synthesize information, and effective communication; * Experience in Credit and Financial Markets; * Proficiency in programming languages such as SQL, Python, and R; * Experience developing reports and dashboards using tools like Power BI, Databricks, Tableau, or Excel; * Experience in data analysis, indicator monitoring, and ad-hoc study development; * Intermediate English (preferred) **Additional Information** At the **Sicredi Administrative Center (CAS)**, for business-area positions we adopt a hybrid work model consolidated as 3 days per week onsite at the company headquarters located at Av.
