Job Summary: We are seeking a professional to join the Credit and Business Solutions Data Team, embracing a data-driven culture while investigating, mining, and analyzing information to enhance strategies. Based on these analyses, you will build metrics and indicators, design processes, conduct studies, and use the results to create or refine Credit Lifecycle and Business strategies. We maintain continuous interaction with other departments and Credit Cooperatives, as our deliverables are jointly coordinated. Therefore, topics and working groups may vary over time. We engage in multiple stages of studies—from understanding the subject, formulating key questions, identifying relevant data, structuring data, analyzing data, to presenting results. For this position, we prioritize Black candidates, though all applications are welcome. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Monitor, improve, and track the performance of Credit and Business Solutions topics; * Develop and maintain metrics, indicators, dashboards, and reports related to Credit and Business Solutions topics; * Understand and propose analytical strategies to be used by cooperatives and CAS product teams; * Provide analytical support to Credit and Business Solutions business teams and cooperatives through descriptive analyses and projections; * Automate departmental processes and routines; * Conduct studies and develop new proposals on Credit and Business Solutions topics, understanding member profiles, products, and market indicators related to these topics; * Collaborate with various product teams to support data/information analysis and generate new insights; * Support cooperatives and provide advisory services regarding developed analytical topics and products. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree in quantitative fields such as Statistics, Mathematics, Accounting and Actuarial Sciences, Engineering, Economics, or related disciplines is preferred; * Analytical thinking; * Strong writing skills, ability to synthesize information, and effective communication; * Experience with programming languages such as SAS, SQL, R, Python, and VBA; * Experience creating reports and dashboards using tools like Power BI, Tableau, SAS VA, or Excel is preferred; * Practical experience in data analysis, indicator monitoring, and development of ad-hoc studies is preferred; * Intermediate English proficiency is preferred; * Knowledge of the Financial Market, Credit, Open Finance, and Financial Products is preferred. **Additional Information** At the **Sicredi Administrative Center (CAS)**, for positions in business areas, we adopt a hybrid work model consolidated as 3 days per week onsite at the company headquarters located at Av.
