We are looking for creative and proactive professionals who want to deliver high-quality work in the development field. **Required Qualifications**: * Solid experience with **Power BI Desktop + Power BI Service** in corporate environments. * Strong expertise in **dimensional modeling** (star schema, bridges, granularity, relationships) and performance optimization. * Strong expertise in **advanced DAX** (complex CALCULATE, iterators, virtual tables, optimization). * Strong expertise in **Power Query (M)** and best practices for BI ETL/ELT. * **Advanced SQL** (CTEs, window functions, query design for analytical databases, basic performance tuning). * Experience with **dynamic RLS**, governance, access control, and multi-department environments. * Experience with corporate refresh/update processes (gateways, incremental refresh, scheduling, and monitoring). * Ability to precisely define critical metrics (rules, exceptions, time windows, ownership). * Experience in environments requiring audit/risk/compliance or high data rigor. **Preferred Qualifications**: * Experience in banks/fintechs/insurance companies or operations involving regulated data. * Experience with DWH/Lake and pipelines (dbt, ADF, Airflow, SSIS, etc.) and cloud platforms (Azure/AWS/GCP). * Practices in **Data Quality/Observability** (automated controls, alerts, SLAs). * Experience with **Tableau** or **Looker/Looker Studio** (comparison, coexistence, migration). * Knowledge of banking metrics: credit, collections, risk, fraud, portfolio, profitability, churn, etc. * Experience with Git/CI-CD for data artifacts (where applicable) and environments (dev/hml/prod). **We Offer**: * An excellent work environment to develop your skills; * A friendly and casual work environment; * Remote work; * Flexible working hours; * One day off on your birthday. **Want to join this team?** Then send your resume to recrutamento@bravi.com.br and we’ll contact you shortly!
