




Opportunity for Administrative Assistant at REDE SANTA CATARINA – Casa de Saúde São José – Humaitá – Rio de Janeiro. **Responsibilities:** * Data entry and transfer in healthcare systems; * Organization and control of documents; * Support in preparing presentations (PowerPoint); * Support for departmental administrative routines; * Preparation of reports and spreadsheets; * Prepare productivity indicator control reports and spreadsheets for management; * Contribute to a positive organizational climate, based on respectful, transparent, and effective communication. **Requirements and Qualifications:** * Completed high school education; * Higher education degree or ongoing studies in related fields is desirable; * Experience with administrative routines; * Organized, proactive, patient, detail-oriented, and possessing good interpersonal skills; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite; * Availability to work in the Humaitá neighborhood – South Zone – RJ.
