ASSISTANT FOR HUMAN RESOURCES DEPARTMENT Main responsibilities: * Process and calculate the monthly payroll, ensuring compliance with deadlines and accuracy in salary calculations, overtime, deductions, benefits, etc.; * Calculate employment termination settlements, vacation pay, and severance payments in accordance with labor laws; * Submit ancillary obligations such as eSocial and DIRF; * Generate payment slips for FGTS, INSS, IRPF, and other contributions; * Record payroll entries in accounting; * Analyze collective bargaining agreements, ensuring their correct application; * Prepare monthly and annual reports on payroll costs, benefits, and other HR-related data; * Advise clients on labor matters, benefits, and internal policies. Requirements: * Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree; * Knowledge of HR department routines and labor legislation.
