In this role, you will ensure the organization, integrity, and availability of data used by RIOgaleão’s aviation business area. You will serve as the technical foundation for market planning and monitoring, guaranteeing reliable and standardized data, and supporting the development of executive reports, analyses, and strategic decisions. **This role requires you to perform the following activities:** * Structure, consolidate, and analyze databases related to the aviation market, connectivity, demand, and route performance, ensuring data quality and consistency; * Develop and maintain data automation and processing routines using data science tools to improve efficiency and standardize analyses; * Contribute to innovation initiatives, automation, and continuous improvement of data-driven business processes; * Document analytical methodologies, assumptions, and processes to ensure continuity and advancement of departmental knowledge; * Monitor strategic KPIs and produce managerial reports, dashboards, and executive materials to support decision-making; * Track aviation market trends, competition, and hub dynamics, contributing comparative analyses and strategic insights. **Required Skills and Qualifications:** * Degree in Engineering, Economics, Statistics, or related fields; * Experience in Data Science, Business Intelligence, Strategic Planning, Market Intelligence, or Consulting; * Advanced Power BI skills, including expertise in data modeling, ETL, and DAX language for business intelligence development; * Intermediate Python proficiency, with desirable experience in data manipulation and processing, routine automation, database integration, and data quality and governance; * Intermediate SQL proficiency, with ability to structure and process large volumes of data; * Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills; * Advanced English proficiency; * Analytical mindset, critical thinking, curiosity, and drive to deepen analyses and resolve business needs; * Ability to work independently and organize tasks effectively, maintaining composure even under pressure; * Proactivity in seeking information and autonomously delivering results; * Strong communication skills to interact across departments and translate data into strategic insights; * Demonstration of RIOgaleão Team Member GATE Attitudes: Grit and Determination, Self-Development, Teamwork, and Owner’s Mindset. **You’ll Stand Out With:** * Ongoing or completed postgraduate studies in Data Science; * Knowledge of the aviation market; * Familiarity with market analysis tools — e.g., Airport-IS, OAG, Sabre. **Beyond this professional challenge, our opportunity includes a differentiated benefits package.
