




Job Summary: Manage employee onboarding, offboarding, and maintenance processes; time tracking, vacation management, benefits administration, labor obligations, and data verification for payroll closing. The company employs both PJ (individual contractor) workers and daily-wage workers (hiring increases when events are secured). The company has a total of 40 employees. Events occur primarily in Fortaleza. The company was impacted by the pandemic and has been growing again since last year; it is now hiring a Personnel Department Analyst, and after the Analyst joins and adapts, it will hire a Personnel Department Assistant. Payroll closing is handled by an external accounting firm. Main Responsibilities: · Administration of employee onboarding, offboarding, and maintenance processes. · Time tracking, vacation management, benefits administration, and labor obligations. · Data verification for payroll closing in coordination with the external accounting firm. · Support in auxiliary obligations and labor legislation routines. Candidate Profile: · Experience in Personnel Department routines. · Proficiency in the Fortes System. Salary and Benefits: R$3,000.00 + Fuel allowance R$200.00 + Company-provided lunch Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM; Saturday, 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM Saturday attendance is optional: one Saturday the Analyst may attend, and the next Saturday only the Assistant attends.
