**Accounting Assistant** **About the opportunity:** As an Accounting Assistant at BHub, you will be responsible for ensuring that accounting reconciliations are accurate, analyzing them, and preparing monthly and annual financial statements. The analyst is responsible for preparing reports on pending items, analysis, and establishing additional controls. You will perform your duties with greater autonomy and mastery of accounting knowledge, proactively seeking information — thus serving as the entrepreneur’s right-hand person. **Key responsibilities:** * Technical expertise to perform accounting entries and financial transactions; * Strong time management and organizational skills to review and verify the company’s monthly documentation; * Critical eye to validate integration across accounting, tax, payroll, and asset modules; * Technical expertise to perform bank reconciliations, prepare other balance sheet account reconciliations, and support the monthly closing process. **Requirements:** * Degree in Accounting Sciences (minimum: currently enrolled); * Basic knowledge of accounting principles, financial transactions (accounts payable, accounts receivable, advances), and integration across other modules; * Experience in routine accounting tasks; * Availability to work in a hybrid model. **Want to learn more about BHub?** We are Brazil’s first Subscription-Based Management startup and aim to be the entrepreneur’s right-hand partner.
