Prospect new members and strengthen relationships with existing ones. Monitor delinquency and propose remediation actions. Update member records and open accounts. Participate in member engagement and integration initiatives. **Responsibilities and Duties** **Financial Advisor** Using portfolio data, proactively engage members regarding financial solutions, assessing their relevance to each member’s current life stage. Support members in making decisions about financial products and services, developing strategies for financial well-being and generating positive impact in the communities where the cooperative operates. **Portfolio Manager for Individual Members** Be responsible for managing and developing a portfolio predominantly composed of individual (PF) members, fulfilling the established commercial schedule, presenting financial solutions aligned with members’ needs, selling products and services consistent with established goals, and contributing to the achievement of strategic plans. **Prospecting** Prospect new members and business opportunities by understanding the member’s line of activity and debt level. Conduct visits aimed at generating new business and strengthening relationships with members. **Digital Specialist** Facilitate members’ interaction with self-service and digital platforms, aiming for agility and guiding members toward digital solutions. Provide guidance to help members better utilize available products and technologies. **Transactional Activities** Monitor portfolio debt levels and develop measures to resolve delinquency, avoiding costs and judicial involvement.
