Job Summary:
The professional will supervise the reception and customer service team, ensuring optimized processes, quality, and patient satisfaction, while also managing administrative and medical routines.

**RESPONSIBILITIES:**
* Supervise the reception and customer service team
* Ensure humanized, agile, and effective service
* Guarantee compliance with institutional protocols
* Implement and monitor standard operating procedures (SOPs) and administrative routines
* Organize and optimize patient service workflows
* Ensure compliance with quality standards
* Supervise medical and examination scheduling
* Control workflow between reception, nursing, and medical teams
* Monitor waiting times and service efficiency
* Monitor patient satisfaction
* Manage complaints and non-conformities
* Propose continuous improvements to the patient journey
* Train, develop, and support the team
* Evaluate performance and provide feedback
* Reinforce a culture of quality and safety
* Monitor health insurance processes and authorizations
* Ensure proper documentation management within the department
* Prepare management reports and performance indicators
* Perform other duties inherent to the role.
**\*COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS:\***
* Salary: R$ 2\.500,00
* Quarterly performance bonus (based on targets)
* Meal allowance: R$ 18,00
* Transportation allowance (CLT)
**WORK SCHEDULE:**
* Monday to Saturday (44 hours/week)
**REQUIREMENTS:**
* Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree in Hospital Management, Administration, or related fields
* Experience in customer service management in clinics, hospitals, or healthcare services
* Experience managing teams (reception, customer service, call centers)
* Experience in administrative routines within healthcare settings
* Knowledge of medical and examination scheduling, patient flow, health insurance plans, and authorizations
* Proficiency in clinical management systems and Microsoft Office suite
* Training or courses in Healthcare Quality and Accreditation – PREFERRED
* Customer Experience (CX) experience – PREFERRED
