




Job Summary: The professional will be responsible for active prospecting and reception of requests, formalization of demands, follow-up on responses, and communication with teams and family members. Contribution to continuous process improvement Requirements: * Completed high school education (technical or undergraduate degree in health fields preferred). * Prior experience in call centers, healthcare services, or home care is a plus, including knowledge of home-based care workflows. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite. * Experience with healthcare management systems (e.g., Techsallus, MV, or similar), institutional POPs (Procedural Operating Procedures), and processes is desirable. * Availability to work full-time, Monday through Friday, from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM. Main Responsibilities: * Conduct active prospecting and reception of requests originating from various departments (BEM, PAV, DAC, Dehospitalization, Cuidar Program, Call Center, among others). * Fully formalize all demands according to the current POP, ensuring accurate data entry into the system. * Verify beneficiary information, confirm address details, check if the company is already active, and avoid rework. * Route demands to third-party providers according to workflow, region, and operational availability. * Monitor response timelines and ensure timely handling of each demand. * Report pending items and inconsistencies to the responsible nurse. * Maintain clear, courteous, and objective communication with family members, service providers, and internal teams. * Support monitoring of service deliveries and record any incidents. * Contribute to the continuous improvement of the Service Center’s processes.
