Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in teams **Pulse Consultoria is recruiting for a client company in the securitization sector.** **Main Responsibilities:** * Monitor securitization company operations; * Control operational workflows and internal routines; * Serve as the interface with Credit, Collections, and Back Office departments; * Support reconciliation, verification, and organization of operational information; * Ensure compliance with the securitization company's policies and procedures. **Job Requirements:** * Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree in Administration, Accounting, Economics, or related fields; * Familiarity with the FACTA system; * Prior experience in securitization companies, FIDC, or financial institutions; * Analytical, organized, and detail-oriented profile; * Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in teams; * Availability for in-person work Monday through Friday (business hours).
