Currently, we operate 11 pharmacy units in Fortaleza and the Metropolitan Region, as well as the 4 Estylos pizzeria (Caucaia) and the Trevo Açaí unit at Porto das Dunas. Requirements:
* Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Psychology, or related fields;
* Prior experience in Human Resources and/or Personnel Department;
* Knowledge of recruitment and selection, onboarding, training, and development processes;
* Basic knowledge of Personnel Department routines;
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word;
* Strong verbal and written communication skills;
* Organizational ability, leadership, and people management skills;
* Proactive, analytical profile with a focus on problem-solving.
Key Responsibilities:
* Plan and execute HR and PD initiatives focused on continuous improvement of the organizational climate;
* Lead recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes for new employees, aiming to attract and retain talent;
* Conduct probationary period evaluations jointly with leadership;
* Conduct exit interviews, gathering relevant insights to improve the organizational climate;
* Develop and monitor training and capacity-building programs aligned with departmental needs;
* Continuously strengthen organizational culture by promoting the company’s mission, vision, and values;
* Design and oversee internal marketing and internal communication initiatives;
* Participate in developing and managing the job classification, salary, and promotion criteria plan together with senior management;
* Ensure organization and up-to-date documentation and processes within the HR/PD department;
* Plan team integration events and initiatives to reinforce engagement and sense of belonging;
* Manage job posting dissemination across various channels to maximize reach and hiring agility;
* Provide support to employees, mediating and resolving internal requests fairly and humanely.
Compensation: R$3.500,00 - R$4.000,00 per month
