If you seek to join a team that values excellence and positive impact, Distribuidora DSL is the place for you. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Execute HR administrative routines, including control of materials, PPEs, uniforms, and benefits; * Support benefits management by conducting surveys, maintaining controls, and preparing reports; * Develop and support internal marketing (Endomarketing), internal communication, and corporate events; * Conduct exit interviews, system registrations, indicator tracking, and ID badge production; * Coordinate requests from SESMT, CIPA, and Finance departments, including ASOs, reimbursements, and other related activities. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Currently enrolled in or graduated from a Bachelor’s degree program in Business Administration, Human Resources, Psychology, or related fields; * Knowledge of HR routines and basic Excel, ERP/systems, and HR platforms; * Strong communication skills, interpersonal relationship abilities, and professional demeanor; * Organizational skills, proactivity, and ability to work effectively in teams. **Additional Information** * Market-competitive remuneration; * Profit and Results Sharing Program; * Health insurance; * Dental insurance; * Life insurance; * Meal allowance; * Food basket; * Transportation allowance; * Wellhub; * Partnerships with various institutions, among others. * Working hours: 7:30 AM to 5:30 PM, with a 1-hour and 12-minute break — Monday to Friday.
