**Job Details** -------------------- **What are the challenges of the area and position:** This person will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness, maintenance, and full operation of the entire unit—including technical areas, administrative areas, customer service areas, collection areas, kitchen, customer snack area, and external areas—according to established procedures. **Main Responsibilities:** Clean all areas of the unit, performing cleaning as needed using specific products and materials; Collect and dispose of waste using appropriate tools, such as designated trash bags and in accordance with waste management protocols, complying with legislation and internal standards; Prepare the customer coffee area by providing necessary supplies, such as coffee, snacks, and disposable items, etc.; When required, perform terminal cleaning during special hours, using specialized equipment, advanced cleaning products, and general space organization; Carry out assigned duties according to the established workflow for uniform and item hygiene; Monitor inventory levels and suggest purchases of materials relevant to this role; Serve as a substitute for General Services staff across any location/unit of the company, covering vacations, absences, or leaves; **We are looking for someone who has:** Completed Elementary Education (Official documentation required: Declaration/Certificate/School Transcript) Flexibility regarding working hours and willingness to work at different units; Experience in Clinical/Hospital Hygiene is desirable; **About the Position:** Work Format: On-site Work Location: Hermes Pardini – OPERATIONAL SUPPORT – UNITS (We have openings across all our stores in Belo Horizonte).
