




Job Summary: A DHO professional to plan and execute people and leadership development strategies and training programs, managing performance and organizational culture. Key Highlights: 1. Support in building organizational culture and competency-based management. **Required Qualifications:** * Completed undergraduate degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Psychology, or related fields. * Proactive attitude; * Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills; * Willingness to travel; * Prior experience in the DHO field is required. * Advanced Microsoft Office proficiency. **Main Responsibilities:** * Plan and execute people development strategies aligned with business objectives. * Drive leadership development through capacity-building initiatives, feedback mechanisms, and career progression plans. * Design and monitor corporate training and education programs; * Implement and manage performance evaluation processes and IDPs (Individual Development Plans); * Support the establishment and reinforcement of organizational culture and company values; * Apply competency-based management to identify development gaps and opportunities; * Analyze DHO metrics (turnover, absenteeism, performance, engagement); * Contribute to career pathing, succession planning, and talent retention initiatives; * Ensure DHO practices comply with legislation, ethics, and industry best practices.
