Responsibilities: \- Execute HR routines from employee onboarding to termination; \- Conduct hiring, contractual changes, and offboarding; \- Monitor probationary periods and salary due dates; \- Calculate and verify payroll, labor charges, and taxes; \- Submit ancillary obligations (eSocial, DCTFWeb, FGTS Digital); \- Administer benefits (Transportation Voucher and Food Voucher); \- Manage vacations, leaves of absence, timekeeping, and working hours; \- Assist employees and support managers. Requirements: \- Proven experience in HR department; \- Experience in retail, preferably in supermarkets; \- Practical experience with the Fortes AC Pessoal system; \- Knowledge of payroll, labor charges, taxes, and benefits (VT and VA); \- Proficiency in labor legislation. Desired Profile: \- Problem-solving and organized professional; \- Strong communication skills and ability to interact effectively with people; \- Ability to work under deadlines and handle high-volume workloads; \- Ethical conduct and accountability.
