Your mission will be to ensure the company’s tax compliance through the recording and bookkeeping of input invoices and service invoices, as well as registering RPAs (Payment Receipts for Individuals) and monitoring the calculation and correction of tax periods. You will be responsible for generating ISS (Service Tax) payment slips, supplier registration, and providing NCM (Mercosur Common Nomenclature) information. You will also provide support during the monthly tax closing, ensuring accuracy and organization of CLN’s tax processes. Responsibilities and Duties * Record input transfer invoices for all CLN branches. * Record all Electronic Service Invoices (NFSE) issued for all CLN branches. * Register RPAs for CLN’s individual contractors. * Bookkeep NFSE in municipal tax authorities where services were received. * Calculate, close, and, if necessary, correct tax periods in municipalities where CLN holds active municipal registrations. * Request and monitor the generation of ISS payment slips, including FB60 postings for ISS slips related to closings. * Register and update suppliers in the system. * Provide required NCM information for material registration. * During the first two days of each month, support the general invoice posting process due to the Tax Closing. Requirements and Qualifications * Currently pursuing or completed Bachelor’s degree in Accounting Sciences, Business Administration, or related fields. * Basic knowledge of tax legislation and tax routines. * Proficiency in tax management systems and invoice posting. * Knowledge of tax bookkeeping and tax calculation.
