**Description:** **Job Description:** Temporary position for 90 business days. Position: Professional Development Assistant. Location: Rio de Janeiro. Working hours: Monday to Friday, from 8:10 a.m. to 5:10 p.m. **Responsibilities:** Responsible for the behavioral and technical development of youth aged 14 to 24; Planning of training sessions in accordance with the Program’s methodology; Conducting group dynamics to develop and/or identify behavioral and technical competencies of trainee cohorts; The professional will be responsible for the pedagogical and administrative management of their assigned work groups; Direct contact with companies for joint monitoring of apprentice development; Development of educational projects; Recording administrative information via digital documents: Technical Reports; Individual Performance Evaluation Reports; Incident Reports; Competency Assessments per apprentice; Attendance registration; Monitoring of trainee cohorts; Communication with companies (via telephone and email); Providing in-person and telephone support to apprentices and companies; Monitoring of apprentice absences and tardiness, reporting such occurrences to companies via email. **Requirements:** Project management experience in education, instructional design, postgraduate studies in education, and agile methodologies are desirable.
