




Description: And what do you need to have? * Education: Technical School Diploma in Administration, HR, or related fields; * Preferred: Bachelor’s Degree or currently pursuing a degree in Administration, HR, Psychology, or related fields; * Generalist experience in the HR field; * Specific Knowledge: * Microsoft Office Suite; * Intermediate Excel; * Personnel Administration; * HR Operations (DHO); * Labor Legislation; * Integrated Systems – ERP. On a daily basis, you will: * Provide assistance by executing routine and supportive activities for the Human Resources department, contributing to smooth operations and employee satisfaction. * Support employees of the unit by clarifying questions regarding personnel administration processes. * Register and input information into hiring and contract termination processes. * Conduct homologation procedures for departing employees. * Monitor admission and return-to-work medical examinations. * Support monthly reconciliation of medical and dental plan invoices. * Monthly on-call duty for pre-payroll processing and timekeeping registration. * Daily management of absenteeism interviews and entry of medical certificates. * Submit helpdesk tickets for issues related to shift changes, timekeeping inconsistencies, and others. * Support recruitment processes, collecting documentation and forwarding candidates for admission medical exams. * Support employees of the unit by clarifying questions regarding DHO routine processes. * Coordinate new employee onboarding and provide initial follow-up. * Perform duties in compliance with occupational health and safety regulations. 2512200202551028295
