Support the buyer in purchase planning and restocking. Monitor inventory levels, product turnover, and potential stockouts. Prepare reports and indicators (turnover, coverage, ABC analysis, supplier performance). Verify and track purchase orders placed by the buyer (status, deadlines, and deliveries). Support the organization of product assortments per store/region. Maintain updated product and supplier records in the system. Interact with departments such as Commercial, Logistics, and Finance for operational alignment.
