We seek a Logistics Analyst possessing a combination of technical and behavioral competencies. Technical competencies include expertise in software such as ERP, TMS, WMS, advanced Excel, and data visualization tools like Power BI. This position is for a Route Planning Analyst focused on service level, responsible for developing efficient plans (intelligent and optimized routes) to ensure deliveries with lower cost, shorter time, and enhanced safety. *\#JoinRBem with us!* **Responsibilities** * Order control and tracking (deliveries, pickups, transfers, loading, and monitoring), with emphasis on service level (On-time); * Direct responsibility for cost and service-level indicators; * Development of route plans and submission of reports, as well as entering data for operational KPIs; * Importing route planning data into the ERP system for monitoring (Waydata) and making it available to the delivery team; * Management of SLA for services provided to clients (internal and external); * Monitoring and management of established routes (driver feedback); * Participation in departmental meetings; * Report analysis (Operations Dashboard). **Requirements and Qualifications** * Currently pursuing or holding a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or Process Engineering; * Experience in transportation (service procurement, planning, and management). **Skills** * Negotiation ability and adherence to deadlines; * Strong interpersonal skills; * Dynamism, proactivity, and self-management (thoughts, emotions, perceptions); * Effective communication. **Preferred** * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite—particularly Advanced Excel. * Experience in route planning (minimum 2 years). **Working Hours: 1:00 PM to 10:45 PM** Employment Type: Full-time, CLT (Consolidated Labor Laws) Compensation: Starting at R$2\.500,00 per month Benefits: * Medical assistance * Dental assistance * Free parking * Life insurance * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance Selection Question(s): * Are you available to work from 1:00 PM to 10:45 PM?
