Technical competencies include proficiency in software such as ERP, TMS, WMS, Advanced Excel, and data visualization tools like Power BI. This position is for a route planning analyst focused on service level, responsible for developing efficient plans (intelligent and optimized routes) ensuring deliveries with lower cost, shorter time, and enhanced safety. *\#JoinRBem with us!* **Responsibilities** * Control and monitoring of orders (deliveries and pickups, transfers, loading, and monitoring), with focus on service level (On-time); * Direct responsibility for cost and service level indicators; * Development of route plans and submission of reports, as well as inputting data for operational KPIs; * Importing route planning data into the ERP monitoring system (Waydata) and making it available to the delivery team; * Management of SLAs for services provided to customers (internal and external); * Monitoring and management of established routes (driver feedback); * Participation in departmental meetings; * Analysis of reports (Operations Dashboard). **Requirements and Qualifications** * Currently pursuing or holding a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or Process Engineering; * Experience in transportation (service contracting, planning, and management). **Skills** * Negotiation skills and adherence to deadlines; * Strong interpersonal relationship skills; * Dynamism, proactivity, and self-management (thoughts, emotions, perceptions); * Strong communication skills. **Preferred** * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite \- especially Advanced Excel. * Experience in route planning (minimum 2 years).
