Responsibilities: Preventive and corrective maintenance; Fuel consumption average control; Tire maintenance control (weekly tread depth measurement); Driver work schedule and leave control; Vehicle monitoring control; Budgeting for parts, tires, and accessories; Supplier registration setup; CHECK-LIST control for the 17 points of the owned and affiliated fleet; Responsibility for entering fleet-related invoices (NF) into the system; Responsibility for sending reports on average fuel consumption, tire control, updated fuel prices, and fleet routes via Sascar tracking system, as well as other duties inherent to the position.
