**Description and Responsibilities:** **Schedule:** 6:00 AM to 2:20 PM — 6 days on, 1 day off; and 6:00 PM to 6:00 AM — 12 hours on, 36 hours off **Level:** Operational **Employment Type:** Tenured — CLT labor code Issue travel maps and deliver them to drivers. Coordinate with drivers to align buses at the platform. Answer passengers’ questions. Receive passengers’ luggage and label it. Organize luggage according to disembarkation requirements. Store luggage carefully to prevent damage. Inform customers in line about immediate boarding. Check for bus delays. Authorize buses to depart. Prepare incident reports.
