Job Summary: Responsible for monitoring, handling incidents, managing and tracking delivery routes, providing support, and proposing operational and performance improvements. Key Highlights: 1. Performance analysis and continuous improvements **Work Schedule:** 7:30 AM to 5:30 PM from Monday to Thursday, and 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM on Friday **Location:** Pedras, Itaitinga **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Monitor and handle incidents, providing support to drivers and assistants on route; * Perform post-route verification checks; * Maintain contact with partner departments (Sales, Billing, and Inventory); * Responsible for programming, managing, and monitoring delivery routes in real time via tracking systems, maintaining communication with drivers and assistants; * Suggest operational improvements in routing and distribution processes; * Generate delivery performance reports, such as route compliance, on-time delivery rate, and other KPIs; * Analyze delivery performance and propose continuous improvements; * Perform other duties related to the department. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Completed high school education; * Technical or higher education in Logistics is desirable; * Prior experience in logistics, route planning, delivery control, or similar areas. **WHAT WE OFFER:** * Hapvida Health and Dental Plan; * Meal Allowance; * Basic Food Basket; * Transportation Allowance or Fuel Assistance; * And others.
