Position: Process Analyst (Quality and Standardization) Job Objective The professional will be responsible for mapping, documenting, and optimizing the company’s workflows. The main objective is to ensure operations are carried out in a standardized, efficient, and safe manner, eliminating bottlenecks and communication failures between departments. Key Responsibilities • Development and Management of SOPs: Draft and review detailed Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), ensuring technical knowledge is documented and accessible. • Process Mapping: Design process flowcharts (As-Is and To-Be techniques) to visualize the path of each task and identify improvement opportunities. • Process Monitoring: Conduct internal audits “on the shop floor/office” to verify whether defined processes are actually being followed. • Bottleneck Analysis: Identify waste of time, materials, or resources and propose automation or simplification solutions. • Definition of Related Roles: Support HR in the technical description of positions, ensuring each role’s responsibilities align with the operational workflow. • Training: Deliver training to teams on new standards and changes to workflows. Requirements and Qualifications • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Production Engineering, Quality Management, or related fields. • Software Skills: Proficiency in process mapping tools (e.g., Visio, Bizagi, Lucidchart, or similar) and Microsoft Office Suite. • Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with continuous improvement methodologies (PDCA, 5S Cycle, Lean, or Six Sigma). • Profile: Systemic thinking, excellent writing skills, impeccable organizational ability, and interpersonal skills (change management). Preferred Qualifications • Experience implementing ISO 9001 standards. • Knowledge of task management tools (Trello, ClickUp, or Asana).
