**Description: Responsibilities:**
Experience and disseminate the company's culture in its entirety (Mission, Vision, and Values) among team members in your unit;
Monitor timekeeping records in the Fortes AC system and liaise with Store Managers as needed;
Carry out hiring, onboarding, and termination processes;
Monitor the onboarding of new employees.
Support the preparation, submission, and organization of ASOs (Occupational Health and Safety Assessments);
Organize personnel department files (e.g., vacation receipts, hiring documentation, pay slips, etc.);
Assess requirements for PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) and uniforms, and deliver them to employees;
Participate in organizational climate initiatives and training programs;
Provide support to employees on matters related to the HR department;
Actively participate in company meetings and training sessions when requested.
And other HR-related activities.
**Requirements:**
Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in HR or Psychology;
Basic knowledge of HR processes and routines;
Basic knowledge of Personnel Department processes;
Strong verbal and written communication skills;
Good interpersonal skills.
