Currently, we operate 11 pharmacy units across Fortaleza and its Metropolitan Region, as well as the 4 Estylos pizzeria (Caucaia) and the Trevo Açaí unit at Porto das Dunas. We maintain a positive organizational climate, with engaged individuals striving to deliver excellence and abundant growth opportunities for those wishing to develop and make a difference. ***Main Responsibilities:*** **Specialized Recruitment and Selection (R\&S):** * Posting job openings; * Resume screening and interview scheduling; **Human Resources Administration and Operational Support:** * Supporting hiring, onboarding, and termination processes. * Verifying timekeeping records, vacation schedules, and benefits. **Internal Marketing and Organizational Climate:** * Assisting in integration programs and internal communication campaigns. **Common Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree completed or in progress (Human Resource Management) * Experience in HR routine tasks. * Basic knowledge of administration or related fields. * Preferred: Prior experience in pharmacies or pharmaceutical retail.
